Some Advice Please

Hello  i have replaced the clutch in my 8v gti within the last year and yesterday it seems to have thrown the release plate again !!!!!    does anyone know if volkswagen sell this on its own or if anyone else does as i say the clutch probably hasnt even covered 10000 miles and if i could replace the release plate without doing the clutch it would be better
