Hi danny i took out insurance through hic today , spoke to a lad called simon? he was meant to email me info on my new policy but havnt received anything, may be a case of him getting my email wrong, can you please pm me so i can forward you the correct email address please? tried ringin them back but on hold for over 10 minutes, cheers mick

Danny is still on his hols, due back monday if i remember correctly. The emails can take up too 24hrs to come though so if you still dont have them by tomorrow, let me know and i will see what i can do..

cheers for getting back to me martin, didnt realise danny was on he's holiday. still havnt received the email so im almost sure they took down my email wrong, do i just and wait for my documents to come through the door? cheers mick

if he has taken your email address wrong then yeah we will get a delivery failure email back and our admin team will just print them out and pop them in the post. Only other options are to call up or im back in on Weds so can check for you then mate.

just an update mate, received my documents through the post today so all is ok, pass on a thank's for simon please for saving over £500 on my renewal price, highly recommend hic to any1 looking for cheap insurance , A++++++++ guys
