New Black GT Light fitting help???
« on: 29 July 2010, 23:34 »
Hey lads,

I am sorry if this is in the wrong section but how hard is it to take out my original chrome lights and put in a new set of original GT black headlights??

Thank you in advance?

The front bumper will need to come off and then it is simply bolted on (one bolt is underneath, hence the need to remove the bumper) and the connectors are simply plug and play......as long as you aren't converting to Xenons.

Thanks mate!

Is it difficult job to take off the bumper??

If so I will take it to my bruv-in law's garage and put it on the ramp.

No, it isn't hard, several Torq screws to get the bumper off and then it shouldn't take more than 30 mins to swap the lights over.
