Golf GTI MK5 Lower Lip

I have recently upgraded purchased a GOLF GTi front valance as my current was has a slight scuff from previous owner.

After delivery I realised there are 2 parts to this, an upper and lower part. I received the upper part.

I still need the lower part (Lower Lip), however thee only place I found it online was ebay for 65 this surprised me as the upper part which is much larger only cost 30.

Can any one offer advice on where I would get a replacement part for this?

Mine was abit scraped (previous owner ) & i think ''both'' parts came to 70.00 quid.Main dealer earlier this year.
