Blackening mesh grilles

The fiesta.....yes the fiesta has a mesh/grid style grille the same as mk5 golf.

What is the best way to blacken that? As its faded grey now and really needs attention.

The blackener i use on other bits of my car and old golf is just some trim wax blackener with a cloth and it works well, but on this plastic it does nothing.

Products and applicators advice welcome.

Try Autoglym tyre dressing spray, spray onto grill and wipe with microfibre mitt with long dangly worm like bits(get's in tiny holes). Works a treat on my MK5 GTI Quick and easy
