Am i missing something from under my handrake? (pic)

As i was hoovering i wondered if there should be another piece of dash that attaches to the geargaiter surround in the pic and sits under the handrake? Or am i tripping?

Just compared your pic with the same view in my car....you are missing summat, loads of crumbs, the plastic paper of fag packets, and a hard to reach 5p!
