Service Light Reset Vagcom

Hey lads,

How do you reset service light on MK4 to Longlife service regeme. Currently on time/distance.

the rosstech page makes it looks more complicated than it is

basically in instruments, go to adaptions and set the following channels:

02 set to 00000
43 set to 00030
44 set to 00720
45 set to 00002

just remember as with all adaptations you have to read the value, enter the new one and press test before you save it.

latest version of vcds does all this with one button :afro:

Legend many thanks, Just helping a mate out on monday and have never needed to reset to longlife yet so didnt know how.
