Right dopped my car off this morning for a friend take have a look at my gearbox, have a phone call of him and tells me everthing is fine, it just needs adjusting but hasnt got a clue how to do it as the selecting rods arent the same as other 02j boxes hes done brfore can someone shed a bit of light on what gearbox i have,
the top rods look like this

anyone got any ideas as reverse, 1st, 2nd, 3rd are a real pain to get in

Could it be a case of stretched cables? not sure if they are adjustable.

MK4 GTI T AGU, REVO Remap, BMC carbon box, Miltek cat back, Forge diverter valve, THS FR3 engine/Gbox mounts, Some random alloys, lowered on coilovers.
192bhp 212lbft torque.
