Pescara alloy wheel paint match:-

The paint in the little jar (at the start of the thread) is:- 66009 Lechler base coat sparkling glass. To get the best results you need to give it a clear top coat.

The paint itself is as thin as water. Since I took that picture in the original post a third of it has evaporated from a sealed jar!! But at least when I come to use it next time it might be easier to apply.
