ok so in the end this purchase turned out to be a waste of time..... paypal held the funds for the purchase for security reasons but wouldnt tell me why as the issue was with the seller. they advised that i put in a claim to get my funds back and the seller offered that i pay cash on collection. paypal advised against this as the held funds im trying to get back would no longer be protected. I hve told the seller that i dont want to risk paying twice and it has got far too complicated and dont want risk paying twice. the seller has changed their phone number once already and many other things have happened that have made this look very iffy.... now still on the look out for a set of spotlines or RAs....
