Adobe After Effects

I know this is photography and not videos but they are kinda related.

Do any of you use after effects? I just started using it for the first time and I guess experiance in photoshop helps as after 2 days I made this:

It's going to be the intro to my first mk2 dub vid which will be coming out within the next 3 weeks, got my location sorted, i know enough editing to get it looking good. I will post the results when finished

that's a really neat effect, I remember the burst in flash, which was similar.

I've not used AF, i've seen a couple of tutorials as i was doing a droste image and that was saying use pixel blender with either AF or PS

have you seen video copilot? He does tons of video turorials, loads of good stuff on there.

Just still wording fading in and out on Premier Pro is enough for me!
