Hi guys sorry not been around much have just been popping in and reading when I get the chance, have been busy doing a new kitchen which we did start a year ago but now is almost done, now for the vw news.
Today we bought a nice mint MK1 caddy K reg with just 28k on it, but the engine is coming out.
We have sold the MK1 shell (for a nice price) and a friend is buiklding a G60 4wd in it, so all the 20vt stuff will be going into the caddy.
I know everyone thinks we are mad but the main reason is that we didn't build the mk1 even though we have done the interior and a lot of other stuff etc... it still doesn't feel like ours, so yes we are starting over again!
The Limited also off the road need some new suspension the spax that is on it is only 14 months old and has already gone
and I still have not sorted out a rad hose as it is being impossible to find, so I think it will have to be a samco custom job!
