Ahh thats easy enough to sort though mate and doesnt have to be as perfect as the proper outside!

do a major service as you dont know the history

all fluids. ..  filters... spark plugs.... dizzy.. rotar arm.

clean thottle body...

all belts. . and def the cam belt as you dont know the history!


then take it from there. . . might seem alot to do or pricey but could save in the long run matey.
