I was thinking about lowering the car slightly no more than 40mm, I am with admiral and my insurance is already pretty high already, I was just woundering do insurance companies generally increase your quote if you have adjustable, but dont increase it if it's not fully adjustble.

Admiral want to know EVERYTHING! Even where you use the toilet...
I am with them and even ask for optional extras!
I am having to fork out an extra £250 for Koni coilies and D90's So meh will probably set you back around £150 im guessing

car insurance companys take the piss, if i were to get insured on a mk3 gti as standard £3,800, with vw wheels, coilovers and tinted windows (not that i want it), the cheapest quote i had was £7,800

I just did a quote for someone with a mk3 golf gti
standard - £4500+ :embarassed:
modifed - £1400
just a matter of finding the right insurer. i.e us

Brentacre use Bhp limits and don't care what mods you do within that limit - and they were £120 cheaper than HIC
