Elec window problem

I have a problem with my elec windows on my vr6 and was wondering if any one can help me. They both go up and down fine but when i want them to go up on there own with just one touch they dont but will go down with one press of the switch. I have tried another switch but still have the problem. I was wondering if they have a relay in the fuse box, but am not sure which one it would be. Can anyone help ??
