Measuring Drop

Does anyone know what the measurements are for working out how much a car has been lowered by?
Planning on maybe taking my mk2 to the RR day in august but not sure if it will get on the rollers.

MK4 GTI T AGU, REVO Remap, BMC carbon box, Miltek cat back, Forge diverter valve, THS FR3 engine/Gbox mounts, Some random alloys, lowered on coilovers.

Click the "mk2 maintenance and info" link at the top of the mk2 subforum, and there's a thread in there about it
