Does anyone know how to get a good brake pedal on a mk2 gti
The brakes work fine but there is a lot of travel on the pedal
This is my 3rd gti but only one had a good pedal any ideas ???

surely the travel on the pedal is due to air in the system?

The travel is the air compressing in the system.

You may have air in the system, or your master cylinder may be knackered. Get it bled properly first, if you don't get a decent improvement, then change the master cylinder.
