MK2 16v brake master cylinder & servo

Right, new brake system going into the car, so thought I better get it right. Heard all sorts regardinging 'this' servo and 'that' master cylinder. Going to replace with new parts, so what is 'the best' combination?

same as far as i know
22.1mm is the size of the one in late 16v's
