i have just finished wiring in the loom for my 16v. on the fuse box side it was mostly plug and play. the mfa was functioning prior to me earthing up the fuse box properly. after i earthed it the mfa stopped working
why would me giving it good earth effect it in such a way??
what wires should i inspect??

Does the rev counter still work??
If it don't sounds like the voltage regulator on the back of the speedo housing has blown...
Could try pulling fuse number 21 for a few mins and plug it back in...

yeah it works. will try the fuse trick. not confident about it but hope it works. i just brought the clocks and everything works fine, its just the minute i earthed everything up it stopped working (blank lcd screen )
