knocking door

Hi all,

help needed please, over the last few weeks my doors have been creaking very badly so yesterday i bought some copper grease and gave the hinges a good going over and this cured the creaking but now my passenger door is making the most god awful knocking noise every time you speed up or break or go over a speed bump ect!!!

Has any one else had this and if so whats the cure?

Any info would be great

I had this few weeks after buying my mk4. Took it back to VW as it was still under warranty they replaced the lock catch ( the metal catch on the chassis) it cured it.
