Hows the audi gearbox going rich.

Not so bad, turns out it wasn't the gearbox afterall.  
4 of the bolts that connect the driveshaft to the gearbox have sheared, the other 2 are missing. Hopefully will get away with 6 new bolts and an inner CV boot kit. Even went back down the road and managed to find all the missing bits of CV joint, so with any luck can rebuild the CV joint.

No I wont be able to come im off to the Isle of Wight on my vespa the weekend after that so im going to be skint. Vicky is due to have our baby on 12th november. Ive put a new water level switch and seal on today from gsf its worked brilliant.

#water also leaks from the cap as it has a built in relief valve, the trick is not to over fill the water which should be at or under the min mark when cold
