i have a mk2 8v digifant and me rev counter has packed up and some warining lights dont work either.
only a couple of days a go i was thinking of changing my dials fo a more sporty/rally set up, this new problem has spured me on to change both rev counter and speedo.
i think the rev counter is easily done as it only an electric pulse but i am seeking advise on how to convert the VW mechanical drive to an electric pulse for the new speedo or is there another way of getting an electric pulse for the speedo?
