Flashing coolant light 16V
« on: 08 February 2010, 18:00 »
When I start the car from cold, after a few seconds, the coolant light will start to flash. If I turn the car off then restart it, generally the light does not come on again.

The coolant is at the correct level, the car runs at just under 90 degrees when warm, the fan cuts in when it should, and the heater in blows very hot air when it is supposed to.

Any ideas?
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.
