Hi Folks
I have been given permission to post this plea, so thank you to the admin.
Practical Classics are looking for a MkIII Golf GTi for a buying guide, this means I have to find a good, clean and unmodified car to put into our Derby studio for the pictures. The car doesn't have be concours but it does need to be tidy and more importantly unmodified. Restored cars are absolutely fine to use but they do need to have factory spec kit on them not after-market wheels and body kit.
A colour car would be good as a white car will tend to get lost in a white studio and a black car makes the pages look very, well black and white.
We do have a fuel budget available to the owner - I can say yes to up to £75 straight away, after this I need to get sign off.
In return for your help you get a complete set of the studio pictures along with a copy of the magazine once published.
I know this is not for everyone but if there are any owners who are interested please can you send a couple of pictures of your car to: vicky@richarddredge.com and I can check with the Art Ed for suitability and hopefully get you into the studio. I need to get this sorted in the next 6 weeks or so.
Many thanks for your time
Vicky
