Hey guys,

Since I don't have the money to remap my golf 1.8 turbo AUM at the moment
I want to buy a downpipe already.

But do I feel any difference with only the downpipe?
What gains I'm I looking for?

you will prob feel some gain like better throttle response and free up the rev's a bit!

It will free up the mid range but you need a full system TBH

I got 14 bhp from a sports cat when added to a full S/S system   :smiley:

Yeah but for that price I have my car remapped ain't I?
Just the downpipe for now, and the rest will come in 2010  :grin:
Would I feel the difference?

Ok thanks. I'm only 20 years old so I can't afford that much at the same time.
So doing upgrades bits by bits.
They stole my roof spoiler yesterday... now I need to figure out how to get the kit off..
And buy a new roof spoiler again..
Can't understand how people can do such things. Out of jealousy I think..
