Should try and insure with HIC. They do it all by email and send it to you instantly for you to print off  :smiley:

They said they would fax it but DVLA said they wouldn't accept an e-mailed or faxed copy. I'd lose a years no claims if I switch mid-year and Bell are on average £2.5K a year cheaper than the rest
