Squeak since puncture

Well since I have had the space saver out of the boot I have an annoying squeak over the bumps.

Have cleaned the wheel, I suspect its the insert with the jack and everything, located where the band goes through the inserts and its still squeaks.

Any suggestions its bloody annoying.

How about just putting some felt/fabric between the wheel and the toolkit. This will stop the squeek.
