MK1 Rivage Heated driver seat element?? HELP!!

Hi guys, i was wondering of anyone knows where i can find the heating element for the drivers seat from? Has anyone changed it before? Maybe seen a how to somewhere?

Ive checked that its not the wiring as i took both seats out and replaced the drivers with the passengers and that heated up fine which means that it is the heating element in the drivers seat. So where can i buy one from and how easy is it to replace?

By the way its a MK1 Golf Rivage J-plate with the blue cloth interior.
