is their any reason that the 8v gti uses a bigger rad than a 16v gti other than to make your abf install more of a pain

Be glad you don't have a GTD  :lipsrsealed: it's even bigger than the 8v's.
Passat B5.5 2.3 V5 170, with all the extras.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

i just want to get it plumbed in but guess what by the time i had been shopping been for young un had some lunch then start doing car find some pipes to cut down then trim down so i have 2 bits to make 1 pipe that need joining i cant find anything to join them that b+q is shut
so pack it up to go inside and find young un kicking off cos we wont let her eat sweets all day
yet another wasted day  :laugh:
