Yeah first thing tomorrow morning ill clear the codes and take it from there. Hopefully theyll not come back but i'll just have to wait and see i suppose  :smiley:   Thing is tho, before I bought it, light was on so part of the deal of me buying it was obviously for the codes to be checked, anything fixed and codes cleared. Picked up the car, no EML, couple days later EML came on arghh!!

I had this on mine  17705: pressure drop between turbo and throttle valve too. Changed the standard diverter valve (dump valve) for a forge 007 and it hasn't come back.

Yeah, changing the DV for a forge one is going to be one of the first things I do.
Im much more concerned about the camshaft/engine speed sensor error code - just hope that the timing belt was fitted correctly!

The joys of motoring eh! I thought going from french cars to a volkswagen would mean less hassle   :grin:

If just one of the sensors was playing up it could possibly bring up that code as it would think that they were out of "correlation"

Yeah that was what came up - incorrect correlation. Its just a coincedence that it was there after my timing belt was done....

Well wee update, cleared the codes, changed the temp sensor and cleaned the throttle body whilst I was at it and so far so good! No fault codes have came back.....phew! Glad that 17705 code hasnt came back!  :grin:
