I've never previously mentioned the name of the garage until just now. Will be speaking to the manager in the morning to sort out money back. Didn't realise they had such a negative reputation. Any links to other disgruntled customers?

I think they are trying to pis@ you off into saying sod it i'll keep the car.

Dont go to lookers VW at middlesbrough either(overpriced, bad px prices and bad attitude)

Get your money back and go online, i went to autofinders and they sourced me a 59 plate GTI with 18" monza shadows, road tax, delivery etc for £22,300 .The finanace rate was only 6.8% and i got it within 2 weeks! :grin:

Stick to your guns mate :wink:
