195/45/16, 205/45/16 or 215/45/16's are the correct sizes and will keep the gearing / speedo correct.

If you want a mild stretch then the sensible choice is 185 wide. but you may need 50 profile.

I was going to go for 165/45's but I've read on Ed38 that some people have been getting points for stretched tyres :shocked:
