thanks again guys..

also dot know weather this is bad or not but thort i was big time and took of dizzy cap earlier and rubbed of corrosion with some wet and dry... please dont shoot me.. aaarrrgggg..

so up shops to buy cap and plugs....

thanks

Could be fuel related then, fuel filter is under the car near the rear offside wheel, fuel pump or relay.

ok saying "coughing and wants fuel" i probably deserved that response.

oh my...small arrgg.. so what, hold off on the plugs etc then?

again would a timing issue start as intermintent problem and then progress? PS stinks under the hood dont know weather that means anything.. and also fuel gague has been doing strange things latley.. well atleast the sun is out....

sorry chaps..

Ok the plugs are 2 years old replace them, the car needs serviced regularly, what else is 2  years old, when did you last change the oil and filter. The ignition timing cant move if the distributer is tight or youve changed the cambelt or something but get it checked if your worried about it, don't know about the smell, describe it.
