MK2 GTI WIDE ALLOYS/ SPACERS
« on: 15 September 2009, 15:12 »
Hi guys. Sorry if this is a stupid question but you dont learn unless you ask.

I love the look of deep dish type wheels and love the look of them poking out the arches with sort of stretched tyres.

To get the wide wheel look are there wheels spacers or just wide wheels?

Also if any one is able to help with reccommendations for deep ish polished looking wheels/ euro look wheels that would really help.

Thank you

Ben

If you want wide looking wheels then.... get wide wheels!

Loads of threads already on here bud, try the search function.

Something like borbet a's are popular, or schmidt th lines like I have on mine sit pretty rude with stretch tyres  not THAT deep dish but I think they look the nuts. Check out www.wheel-whores.com Got to be careful with rubbing if you are lowering it as well though as most people do, will prob need to roll the arches if you go wide n low

Or for that OEM with a twist http://www.bandedsteels.com/Prices.html

You don't own a Mk2, you support it.
