Front allignment set up.

I'm picking up some tyres for the road wheels this weekend and once they're all fitted I'll be getting the front allignment done.

Excluding camber what are the best settings to go for? Is the factory fine or a bit more toe in/out recommended for track use?

I've got mine set to 2 minutes of toe out on each front wheel (total 4 minutes). Max caster by levering the subframe as far forward as it can go.
Made a big differance to turning in.

adjustable top mounts make things optimal.       i like mine tracked dead ahead

I've never seen any adjustable top mounts for the MKII. Bet they're expensive!

solid lumps of ally + lots of caster and camber = silly turn in  :evil:

you can get ones where camber and caster are seperately adjustable, but the cheapest ones ive found are $400 from the states

I can't see eBay at work but I'll check that link out later, I suspect that they cost more than I paid for my car though.
