Installing New Instrument panel

Hi guys Looking to install a silver set of dials replacing black ones and change the leds i will have instructions to do the led bit but removing the dash to do this i havnt a clue does anyone have any knowledge of this or has done it and could shed some light plz

Cheers for that have seen that before my guages are diff its vr6 dials with the Lcd bulbs embeded in the circuit board i believe i need to unsolder and resolder new ones as the sial faces is 1 complete unit not  4 individual dials like the shown but thank you all the same mate

There is a thread reagrding those on here too,. With pics of the leds that need to be changed etc. Saw it last night.

Yes bud for the dials in both sets of photos it is not the same type as my dials those dials have 4 seperate dials Mine is 1 complete dial with all 4 on 1 lump of plastic the dials in the photos the leds unclip and are not soldered Mine are and require more work i have seen a video but cant remember where cheers for your help but the page doesnt help my situation thx
