inspiration please, mk4 front end..

While the car's in the shop having the rear end rebuilt (total parts cost so far a shade over 2 grand, hate to think what the labour charge is!) thanks to an incompetent truck driver, ive decided to get the front and rear bumper valances colour coded, as well as a bit of general tidying up.
What I'm looking for is an aftermarket front valance that looks "performance-stock".. so nothing OTT, along the lines of the anniversary one, but without the ?255 +vat price tag 
So far Oettinger, Rieger and Votex are in the runnings (might even convince myself i need sideskirts too  )
Any pics you find (esp of silver cars) would be much appreciated !

Ra-Designes do some good lips and bumpers. If you had your bumper smooted off you could fit a lip. Take a look at these:

Type G lip:



Type F lip:



Type E Lip - I know its a little OTT on the Mk4, But ive got one on my Mk2


Or, A R32 Replicer front bumper:

those lips are a direct replacement for the clip-off front valance, which is what im after. the first one you showed is pretty good, just a shame whoever painted it did it with a spray-can and totally miffed up the colour match

This could be a more expencive root, But ive got some friends and connections in the US that could help, The current trend in america is smooth and clean, Perfect for us dubbers. Ill have a word with my cousen and see if he knows any good sites

The one above would look good on your silver, On the red it almost looks OEM, Thats a more plain one tho,

If your feeling advernturious, How about this for a front bumper, Obviously without the gay holes on the center pin drop downs, Luckly you can fill those really easily. Trust me, After you have baught a front lip i can guarentee you will end up buying a rear lips, Then some skirts, Then some mirrors, Then a spoiler, Then start respraying etc etc, Its addictive. But anyway, Tell me what you think of this:



If the spots where filled in it could look very clean.
