I got a front bumper off ebay with side skirts and yes I know they were under 200 and ppl will say chav but I cant help that at the moment with cashflow... Anyway comparing them to rear bumper that I got from a scrapy it seems much lighter and bender??? Should I add some fibreglass strips to reinforce it or does the front have to be ligher???

Fibreglass will always be lighter, you could try and strengthen it as it will all help.
