i just got the rear beam out and attacked it wiv a blow torch burnt the rubber out the got a good old air chisle to colaps the outer caseing.
vrs bushes pushed in pretty sweet and nice fit added loads of grease for ease on inserting them into the beam.
the coil overs wer bit more of a pain on the front ay alex !!!!
just gota order mine and get them dun now lol
any ideas how low i can go wiv a full r32 body kit fitted ?
wiv out damaging it that is ?
