See most Millteks are like you say:
Pipe Diameter: 63.50mm (2.50")
Tailpipe :  Twin 76.2mm Jet

BUT they also do a:
Pipe Diameter: 70.00mm (2.76")
Tailpipe :  Twin 80mm Jet

Admitatly they are more expensive but would it be worth getting the bigger bore? I notice some companys like Jetex only seem to list the bigger size....

I do 1400 business miles a month, so i didnt want too loud, and i have a resonated Milltek , and its just about right, sometimes a little boomy when accelerating in fifth, over 80 ish, but well worth it for the all round sound

I would definatley but again, i fact i am looking at a mk5 GTI later this year, and it will be my first purchase!!

I am new to VW, but so glad I am.
