i know this isnt quite on the same level, but i tried 2 car glass products, one is rainx. this stuff is complete sh!te, it smears the glass outside and stops the wipers from working properly, the inside defogging wipes just smear and make the glass foggier? we did a 50/50

ive also used autoglym glass polish and not a fan, leaves dusty crap everywhere.

i use 1/2 sprays of normal everyday house window cleaner, and buff off with a bit of scrunched up newspaper  works a treat

Not got a golf yet! did have a 1.6 driver plan to have another project car soon ;)

i was thinking about carlack... it was either that or stoner invisible glass...  is it worth the pennies?

it is good stuff mate - at certain speeds in the rain you don't need your wipers!! the beading it gives is superb

a little amount lasts for ages too

i got this on your recommendation Rhys... just put it on... and WOW! glass looks completely invisible when there isn't a reflection on it... so much so it is surreal. poured a bottle of water on after I had finished and it just slid off!

Just used this stuff today and the results are awesome, am looking forward to some rain now  :lipsrsealed:
