exhuast mount rubbers

since lowering my car last week my exhaust is rattling like crazy, was wondering if other people have had this problem and if so did harder exhaust rubber mounts stop it?

haha welcome to the never ending rattle of the mk3! could be several things causing the rattle, doubt differnt rubbers would help tbh.

basically the exhaust doesnt go very high over the rear axel. So when you lowered it you pushed the axel up onto the exhaust.

I curred this by gettin a custom exhaust made that goes up high over the beam, now its 100mm down and no wrattle. lol
