the thick bit of a cassette is perfect to align the gears. get someone to hold the gearstick to the left with the cassette inbetween when you do the bolt on the selector rod up. ive always done this and its been spot on every time

i think its an original rubjonny tip

I used duct tape and some cardboard when I did mineĀ  :lipsrsealed:

Lollage
