misfire one engine warm

mk3 golf 2.0 8v its in a mk 2 but when the engines cold it runs as soon as its warm it misfires badly

please help

what management are you running it on, mk3 or mk2 digi? also what year/code engine if its running on mk3 managment

its running on the managment that came with the engine originally its a 1994 c2e engine

ok cool, id start by checking for vac leaks, and set it up as per the digifant tuning guide in the mk2 section, 2e procedure is the same :)
co you sniff from the manifold pipe rather than at the back if it has a cat, though I imagine you binned that ;)

ECU temp sensor also worth replacing with a new VW one if you havent already done so, its the 4 pin black one in the front coolant flange

rite cool thats a good start i really need a image of the back of the engine to seee where all the air flow pipes lead as i have a few left over and there was one missing compltly from the throttle body,

i will look for another temp sensor as it seems to make sence why its not working

follow the top radiator hose, this connects to the front coolant flange on the head and the ecu/dash 4 pin sensor is in there :)
