fitted coilovers and have a problem

Ive been running my 5mm spacers with standard wheel bolts for over 16k not had any wheels fly off 
How do you find the eibachs?? mine cause wheel vibration at 60mph 

same as me tho as soon as i get past 60 it goes away  i have put it down to the bolts but will leave them for now because hopefully will be replacing my alloys after summer
