« on: 04 April 2009, 23:43 »
Well as some of you may already know from one of my previous posts about my mishap the other day  well as a result i got myself the 3 lower bumper grilles which duly arrived yesterday so before work i set to rubbing them down in readiness for a coat of plastic primer first off also managed to get a coat of primer on the l/h and middle ones as well as 2 coats on the r/h side one before i ran out of primer  so today first of i managed to get 4 coats of matt black on the r/h one before going out to get some more primer, mattblack & the laquer well i set to work and as a result the grilles are finished  just leaving them to fully harden overnight and tomorrow and then hoping to get them fitted tomorrow night :afro: so took some pics of the progress today

Primer

mattblack varying coats

laquer

couple of close up's

finished

I'm pleased with how they have turned out well worth all the time and effort imo looking forward to fitting them & seeing them on the car
comments welcomed as usual
Well today after calling round to jonny's this afternoon i got back and removed the c/coded grilles cleaned up and polished the areas around the removed grilles and fitted the mattblack ones
