HELP WITH MY GT TDI 150
«

I was driving home yesturday and my clutch started slipping. Also what i have noticed is that my gears are a little stiff after a long jerney. Its fine when cold, the stck just gets harder to move around when hot.
basically how much am i looking at for a new clutch fitted, and any ideas with the gearbox. (maybe needs new oil?). Its a gttdi150 2002 reg.
Cheers in advance

Quite expensive for a clutch as you have to replace the dual mass flywheel as well, around the £350-£400 mark fitted i would guess, the stick may be getting harder to move as the clutch isnt disengeing the engine properly,

depends what you want to replace it with
standard clutch is approx £250 then you got fitting on top
DMF is aprox £220 and you may need to replace it at the same time but you won't know if it needs replacing until you remove it
if you're thinking about remapping then don't bother putting a standard clutch back in
budget yourself approx £900 for a new upgraded clutch and DMF
