Hi all,
I was on the forum the other night ,I carried out a engine conversion from a 2.0 8v seat engine to a 1.8 16v 1988 gti engine,
I changed the loom,did the timing,full service and changed the intank fuel pump to a 16v pump.
The car starts and drives but it will NOT TAKE THE BOOT AT ALL?
has any one any suggestions as to what I mite look for,
any ideas would be a great help. cheers
