1.8 8V Twin 40 manifold

evening everyone, as the above really i am looking to put twin 40s on my 8v, but where do i find an inlet manifold for twin 40s. i have done a few searches but drawn a blank so far, any advice would be great.

I dont know where to get the manifold but i do know what head id get, an AQY head. They are crossflow heads and im pretty sure they fit straight on to your 8v block.

You'd need to weld and re-drill the oil return to suit a counterflow block. I'd definitely put a crossflow head on there, although I think 45s on a GTI motor is a pointless waste of fuel and tuning potential.

get throttel bodies and a cheep ecu , much easyer in the long run
