Number plate lights

One bulb has gone and the other needs (gentle) persuasion tried to get into the bulb holders but both are rusted up and are not moving any ideas please.

tried and the head has gone on three of the screws

seen another post on this, the guy replaced them with Stainless steel jobbies but could only buy them by the box of 200 so had loads to sell (assuming you can get yours out)

get a solder iron, heat up the screw, let it cool then try..

heat expands the metal and will hopefully break the seal, use wd40 in combination

if you've still got issues....drill the screw (you just need the heads off) and then remove the light, this will then give you plenty of space for pliers to get the remaining screw pieces.... when refitting use some grease/vaselene on the screws as this should protect them
